The visitor/user of the services understands and accepts that exoticbrands.gr reserves the right to modify and/or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, part or all of its services, with or without warning, to the visitors/users.

If the deposit is not made within 3 working days of receiving the confirmation email, your order will be automatically canceled.

When the deposit is made from any other Greek or foreign bank, any inter-bank transaction fees are borne solely by the customer and in no case by our company.

2. Payment at the company's cashier, in case of pick-up from our store.

IMPORTANT:

According to the current tax regulations, documents with a value of more than €500 for individuals (Retail Receipt) and for professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY by bank transfer.

Change or cancellation of the order is accepted only if the order has not been finalized and sent to our online store. Please note that after order confirmation it is not possible to change the declared delivery address for security reasons, except in exceptional cases for which, upon request from the buyer, the Company will decide at its absolute discretion
In case of cancellation of the order while it has already been shipped by our Company and while it has already been paid for by the user/customer, the relative price of the order will be refunded (but not the shipping costs).
To avoid inconvenience to the member, it is recommended that the products are carefully checked upon receipt, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken merchandise, wrong item, etc.). In the event of a defective product, it must be sent within 24 hours to the company's email:exoticbrands18@gmail.com clear photo showing the product defect. If the defect in question is due to the fault of our Company, the product will be replaced immediately and the Company will bear the shipping costs.
In any case, the user/visitor who has made a purchase from our online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in question and to return the products he purchased, free of charge, and without having to inform the Company of the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date he received the products. In this case, he is charged only with the cost of returning the products.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that can be damaged or that expire soon, or that are perishable and therefore sensitive, or products that have been opened and unsealed.
It is forbidden to return products that are going to deteriorate or expire soon, as well as those that are considered unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

ORDERS

Currently our company is delivering products only within Greece.

RECEIPT

Receive the products fromour physical store which is located in Athens Attica, at the address Andrea Dimitriou 111 (Nea Ionia), during working days and hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding holidays),
with thename that you have stated in the order and thecode order.

Your order can be picked up from our physical storeonly if you receive a relevant notification that your order is ready for pickup. Your order will remain available in our physical store for seven (7) business days. In case you do not receive your order within the above deadline, the products will be released.

In the event that you have stated during the completion of your order that you wish to receive from our physical store, you will be notified by phone by our Company in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time of your order with F.I.S Courier is from:
1 to 4 working days from the day of completion of your order.

PAYMENT POLICY

Attica

For shipments weighing up to 2kg the cost is €2.50.
In case the weight exceeds 2kg, the fee amounts to €1.00 per additional kilo.

Province

For shipments weighing up to 2kg the cost is €3.00.
In case the weight exceeds 2kg, the charge amounts to €1.17 per additional kilo.

Shipping costs for orders will be automatically calculated on the checkout page (based on each order's weight information) and will be included in your order request prior to checkout and payment.

Our Company reserves the right to request an advance payment for each order at any time as well as to change its pricing policy without notice.
