  1. Change or cancellation of the order is accepted only if the order has not been finalized and sent to our online store. Please note that after order confirmation it is not possible to change the declared delivery address for security reasons, except in exceptional cases for which, upon request from the buyer, the Company will decide at its absolute discretion
     

  2. In case of cancellation of the order while it has already been shipped by our Company and while it has already been paid for by the user/customer, the relative price of the order will be refunded (but not the shipping costs).
     

  3. To avoid inconvenience to the member, it is recommended that the products are carefully checked upon receipt, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken merchandise, wrong item, etc.). In the event of a defective product, it must be sent within 24 hours to the company's email:exoticbrands18@gmail.com clear photo showing the product defect. If the defect in question is due to the fault of our Company, the product will be replaced immediately and the Company will bear the shipping costs. 
     

  4. In any case, the user/visitor who has made a purchase from our online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in question and to return the products he purchased, free of charge, and without having to inform the Company of the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date he received the products. In this case, he is charged only with the cost of returning the products.
     

  5. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that can be damaged or that expire soon, or that are perishable and therefore sensitive, or products that have been opened and unsealed.  
     

  6. It is forbidden to return products that are going to deteriorate or expire soon, as well as those that are considered unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
